2) Men need women to remember to flirt It’s easy to get comfortable in a marriage. Don’t get too comfortable. Every woman knows in the early stages of dating to flirt with a man. Smiling at him, paying attention to his stories and batting your eyelids all may seem silly….but they work. After all, if this behavior were so silly, would you want his secretary doing those things to him?

Whether it seems fair or not, women are the ones who initiate a relationship through their flirting. Men may approach a woman, but it is usually after he feels he has received some signal (invitation) from her. Wives who wait for their husband to be romantic don’t understand that men respond to a woman’s cues. Other reasons why husbands lose interest in their wives:

* If the wife has let herself go such as physically and does not bother to put on makeup every so often; brush her hair and look reasonably neat.

* A woman who is constantly nagging the minute her husband is around her and never compliments him for anything he does do.

* A woman who spends too much time with her children and seldom gets a babysitter so her and her husband can go out together on the occasional night. There is no excuse not to get a babysitter because if it is about not being able to afford a babysitter then one can trade off with a friend who has children.

* Women who know their libido is low and do not seek help from their doctor. Some women going through perimenopause and menopause can have a very low libido and it is up to her to assure her husband it is not about him, but her hormonal changes and to educate him on the subject.

* Putting down a husband in front of friends or taking 'shots' at him every chance she can.

* Being disinterested in what he has to say and expects him to listen to everything she has to say.

* Then there are simply some men who lose interest in their wives for no reason other than wanting to prove to themselves other women are attracted to them.

* There are some men who find they do not enjoy married life and have fallen out of love with their wives.

* There are also some husbands that cannot commit to a very ill wife and forgets the passage in their marriage vows 'until death do us part.'
